GS11 Clear Polished/Polished

Evergreen Tenopex ® GS11 is a double-sided polished, highly transparent polycarbonate film with good dimensional stability, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. The common applications of GS11 include printing, forming, insulation, lamination, surface coating, etc. Typical uses include panels, label nameplates, membrane switches, insulation, automotive instrument panels, light guide films, diffusion films, and forming applications such as bicycle helmets and toy car bodies. GS11 is available in stock in 48" width master rolls or converted rolls with thicknesses ranging from .005" - .030" in rolls or sheets. Custom widths and thicknesses are available up to .236".

GS42 Velvet/Matte

Evergreen Tenopex ® GS42 is a one-side velvet and one-side matte texture polycarbonate film with natural color and good dimensional stability, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. The common applications of GS42 include printing, forming, insulation, lamination, surface coating, etc. Typical uses include panels, label nameplates, membrane switches, insulation, automotive instrument panels, light guide films, diffusion films, and forming applications. GS42 is available in stock with thicknesses ranging from .005" - .030" in 48" wide master rolls or sheets. Custom thicknesses and widths available up to .236" thick.

GS41 Velvet/Gloss

Evergreen Tenopex ® GS41 is a one-side velvet, one-side polished, textured polycarbonate film with good dimensional stability, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. The common applications of GS41 include printing, forming, insulation, lamination, surface coating, etc. Typical uses include panels, label nameplates, membrane switches, insulation, automotive instrument panels, light guide films, diffusion films, and forming applications. GS41 is available in stock with thicknesses ranging from .005" to .020" in 48" master rolls or sheets. Custom thicknesses are available up to .236".
